Case study · Market Harborough
Side passages cleared and gravelled
Two forgotten side passages — one strangled by ivy and bindweed, one full of dead planting — cleared and made usable.

Side passages are the parts of a garden everyone forgets until they cannot get the bins through. On the first, ivy and bindweed had wrapped the air-conditioning unit and the brickwork; we stripped it back to bare walls and laid fresh gravel.
On the second, dead pots and self-seeded weeds were cleared from the slabs and the beds cut back so the passage is now a clear route from front to back.
