Who we are. The Living Meadows Gardening & Maintenance (“we”, “us”) is a gardening and maintenance business based in Stamford. You can contact us at hello@thelivingmeadows.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email we collect the details you give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a description of the work you would like done, plus any photos you send.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out the work, and send invoices. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails.

Who we share it with

Enquiries from the website form are delivered to us by an email service provider acting on our instructions. Basic, anonymised page-view statistics are collected by Vercel Analytics to help us understand how the site is used; this does not identify you personally and does not use cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request. Records relating to completed work and invoices are kept for six years to meet accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@thelivingmeadows.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
